Holistic Nutritionist
Lisa Kilgour, RHN
About Me I have a passion for whole food and educating people about healthy eating habits and the road to optimal health. As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, I break down the multitude of confusing information about food and nutrition into easy to understand and practical bite-sized pieces. I very happily arrived in the Okanagan Valley in the fall of 2008 and my practice is in Peachland, Pentiction, and Kelowna. NEWS! I will be co-hosting the TV Show Fit For A King! Filming Summer 2011.
