The show was very interesting in many ways but something you can add is information on how to change children’s prospective on eating healthy and teaching parents to show their kids how to. Tips on how to making it taste good and ‘hiding’ vegetables in dishes they don’t notice would be great as well.
Making parents cook healthy for their children makes them healthy too because in most cases they will eat what the child is eating so at the same time the kid or teenager is eating healthy – you are too.
